I am very happy with my bathroom renovation by Old Town Tile Pro. Jon and Dave listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and then delivered exactly what I asked for. The plan was for a new tile floor, new walk in tile shower, with a built in cabinet and shelves- all to blend in to with my 1925 craftsman style house. I added in a few extras along the way without any problem or pushback. They also expertly dealt with some structural issues under the bathroom floor. They communicated clearly leading up to and frequently during the project. I’m very happy with the finished bathroom. Their whole team was professional, polite, and tidy. I look forward to their help in the future when it’s time to refresh the kitchen and laundry!

David and his team were exceptional. This was my first renovation project and they were wonderful with their communication, arrived promptly as planned and cleaned up following their work. I definitely recommend them and will certainly call them with my next project!

I have seen the biggest crooks (JonMichael Grayson) and seen some of the best people in the business. Jon and Dave here are by FAR the best I have ever worked with. Hands down, I needed a small project done and after every single thing they touched was better than they found it...I ended up giving them WAY more of the work I was in the middle of and couldn't be happier. In a day and age where people are trying to get over on you, the honesty, the transparency, the attention to detail and listening to your desired vision is SO refreshing. Please call these guys and just have them out to look at what you are planning. The estimates are free but the friendships that come from dealing with such stand-up folks are what makes them special. So grateful to the guys at Old Town Tile Pro for their work on our shower. Our old fiberglass shower had failed and caused a leak which ultimately forced us to get our whole shower redone. We talked to several contractors but Jon and Dave were the most detail-oriented, organized, and thoughtful team - this showed through in their work. They laid out the plan task by task so I knew what to expect at each step of the process from demo to install to painting. They always left my house clean and were right on time in the mornings. This team brings a lot of quality experience to the job! They did an excellent job on several different tile installations in our home. Things that I love about Old Town Tile LLC is that the company is a local, veteran owned operation. They are punctual - the time frame provided with the quote given was accurate with the day of completion.
